Sweet Green Bliss Smoothie

1 banana

1 cup of fresh berries or 1 kiwi

2 dates, pitted (soaked at least 20 minutes)

1/4 cup goji berries, soaked 15 minutes

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

2 teaspoons of spirulina powder (nutrient-rich algae that is a great source of protein, vitamins, and minerals)

¼-½ cup of ice or cold filtered water

 

Directions Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, usually 30-60 seconds.
