Chocolate Mousse Chocolate Mousse

 

2 large avocados

1 cup water

3/8 cup cocoa or carob powder

1/3 cup agave sweetener or about 3/4 cups pitted dates, soaked to soften especially if you do not have a high powered blender

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

 

Directions

 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add more sweetener or cocoa depending on your taste preference.  Serve immediately and refrigerate leftover for up to 1 day if it lasts that long! Enjoy!
