Does This Sound Like You or Someone You Know?

I really want to be healthy. I do not have a lot of time to spend in my kitchen but buying fast food and processed food seems so much more convenient for me. I know this food is bad for me, but I do not know what to do about it.

Where do I start? How can I eat right on a budget? What are some quick recipes that I could use?

I want to release some extra weight and have more energy throughout the day. I want to look better and feel better about myself.

What can I eat that will help me to release this stubborn weight and have more energy to exercise take better care of myself and my body? How do I curb food cravings that I have now? How can I get that healthy glow that I want?

I don’t know how to cook. I want to eat healthy but my lack of cooking skills makes me frustrated. I need practical information that could be helpful for me and learn some easy kitchen skills.

How can I eat right but not be required to cook? How do I shop for the right food? How do I eat right but spend minimal time in my kitchen?

I have such a busy life! I have a husband and have three children to take care of. We can’t possibly eat healthy food right now with all of my responsibilities. Two or three hours in the kitchen is the furthest thing from my mind.

What would my kids eat? How can I make meals for my husband and they still be tasty and filling? How can I make meals quicker and have more time to spend with my family or relax for myself?

I am a student and I work. I do not have time to play around in the kitchen. By the time I get home from work and school, the easiest thing for me to grab is a TV dinner. I mean, hey it’s so much faster to prepare, even though I know it’s packed with sodium and toxic junk! I want to be healthy, but just don’t know where to start.

How can I make quick and healthy snacks for my busy schedule? How do I prepare food that will give me lots of energy that I need? How can I make good food on a budget without a lot of fancy equipment?

I work all day. My job is non-stop and entertaining clients and fancy lunches and dinners is a regular for me. I want to eat healthier, but I just don’t know where to start.

How can I learn to shop better and make healthier choices when eating out? How can I eat healthier during downtime?

I’ve heard people talk about the benefits of raw food but I have no clue how to do it!

Where do I start? How do I keep from getting frustrated? How do I ease into the transition?

I take 8 prescriptions per day. I sure am tired of all of these medications. Nothing seems to work and the side effects seem worse than the symptoms. I am ready to understand how to improve my health starting with making better food choices.

What foods can I eat for more energy? What foods can I eat to get all the nutrients to bring my body back to a state of balance?
