During this particular class you can learn to prepare dishes that will allow for an easy transition to a vegan diet and/or lifestyle. You will also learn about some of the ethical considerations of this diet and lifestyle, foods that can be used as substitutions, preparation of meals, and how to shop. This class will include some cooked meals.

Includes: Recipes, private cooking and food preparation instruction, Q & A, booklet for beginning your new lifestyle and diet (complete with an alternative food and shopping directory), and kitchen transition tips.
